Local Organic Vegetable Express (LOVE)

Subscription Information

“Local Organic Vegetable Express “(LOVE) is funded by The Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme and partner with SEED (formerly the Hong Kong Organic Farming Association). LOVE offers local organic farmers an opportunity to sell organic vegetables directly to the consumer. LOVE project is not only an operation of social entrepreneurship, but also a platform for the community to recognize the working abilities of people with disabilities and others disadvantages.

Order Terms

A. Membership

1. Subscriber has to join us as member. Annual membership fee: HK$100; 6 months membership fee: HK $50.

B. How to order：

1. Please join to become LOVE member before order. You can choose your favorable variety in refer to the weekly vegetable supply list. Order can be made online, by phone or fax.

2. Fill the Order Form and send to info@loveorganichk.net via e-mail or fax to 2336 2095

3. Pay by cross cheque (payable to “The Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong Limited”) or

bank in to HSBC Account No.: 819-226135-292, and fax the pay-in-slip to us.

4. Please call 2336 2956 / 6422 3847 to confirm the delivery arrangement.

C. Order reminders：

1. The minimum monthly subscription is HK S$500 and no extra charge is required for the delivery. The weekly delivery package contains a mixture of freshly organically grown vegetables with weight at least 5 catties. Each catty charge at HK $25 (i.e. HK $25 x 5 catties x 4 times＝$500 per month).

2. To protect your rights and interests, please confirm your order, delivery address and contact no. to our staff.

3. All deliveries are based on the final information stated in the Order Form.

4. Subscribers can select a combination of seasonal varieties referring to the weekly vegetable supply list available on our website

5. One month notification is required to cancel the subscription. A balance of the subscription fee will be refunded by cheque within a month.

6. We provide trial package to who want to try our service once a time. Please call us for details.

D. Delivery arrangement

1. A shopping bag is used for packing and delivery. 6-month membership will get 1 bag and 12 months membership will receive 2 bags. An extra HK$19.will be charged per an additional bag.

2. The weekly delivery route and schedule will be fixed based on geographic division. Please note that the courier will only attempt delivery twice.

3. Please inform us at least 7days in advance regarding change of delivery address. No refund or exchange will be made after setting off the delivery.

4. No delivery will be arranged on public holidays. All delivery will be postponed by one day when Typhoon signal No. 8 (or higher) or Red/Black rainstorm warning is issued.

5. All fresh vegetable and fruit are encouraged to consume as early as possible.

E. Others
